Due to continued expansion of our aftersales department at TW Abernethy & Sons Limited, we have an exciting opportunity for a service advisor to join our service team.

Reporting to: Service Manager

Candidate Requirements:

• Exceptional customer facing skills
• Professional and enthusiastic with the highest standards of courtesy & efficiency
• Computer literate – to work with various manufacturer web based programs and on our dealer management system.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoice
• To follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• To ensure that all work requested has been carried out & charged for.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Ability to work as a team player with a high quality of work
• Franchise experience is an advantage but is not a prerequisite as full manufacturer training will be provided.
